Chia Breakfast Parfait

How to make Chia Parfait?

It is very easy to made. Just follow the steps bellow and enjoy delicious and tasty breakfast with your family.

Preparation time

Yield:       2-3 serving

cook time: 10 minutes

prep time:  `15 minutes




  1. Combine the raspberries, strawberries, banana and honey in a bowl.
  2. Crumble the walnuts into smaller pieces and add the bowl.
  3. Toss lightly to combine.

  4. Layer the fruit mix, alternately with the Jalna and chia seeds in four glasses or bowls to serve.


  1. Use any of the delicious Jalna yogurt varieties in place of the Sweet & Creamy.
  2. Try Full cream Greek or Low Fat Greek.
