Instructions
  1. Firstly, take a bowl add yogurt in the bowl.
  2. Add boiled chany in the bowl.
  3. Add salt,black pepper in the bowl and stir it.
  4. for Cutlets, On the other side, take a pan and heat oil over medium heat.
  5. Add mashed potatoes, red pepper, black pepper, salt and mint in the bowl, mix them well.
  6. Make a medium round shaped cutlets. and let them fry.
  7. Put these cutlets in the pan and fry them until they get light brown on medium heat.
  8. when cutlets are prepared then place these cutlets on the top of bowl.
  9. At the end, garnish the bowl with some chopped onions and tomatoes .
  10. Now Cutlets dahi bhaly are ready to eat.
  11. Serve them in Iftar or with tea.
