Ingredients

Instructions
  1. In a pan add oil and heat up to medium heat.
  2. Add onions and pepper and cook it for 3 minutes.
  3. Add squash, again cook it for 3 minutes.
  4. Add garlic and tomato and mix them until it turns golden brown.
  5. Add spanish and toss well until it starts to wiilt.
  6. Stir in the rice,if you are using, cheese.
  7. Now serve your meal.
Recipe Notes

If you want softer veggies then cook the onions, peppers and squash a litter longer before adding the remaining ingredients.
