When mom not cook, there is only one meal and it’s fast food. When you are with your friends and you feel hungry, the only one voice and that is fast food. When you hear hear the name of fast food, the first meal that click in your mind is Zinger Burger . If you come to know that you can easily prepare zinger burger at home than it sounds better. If you can made it and serve this meal to your friends, they really wander and surprised. To make burger at home, you just have to do one thing i.e follow my instructions. Follow it and make your weekend special.

- 1/2 Kg chicken piece (Breast or Boneless)
- 1 tea spoon of Black pepper
- 1 tea spoon of Salt
- 1 tea spoon of Mustard powder
- 2 tea spoon of Chinese salt
- 2 table spoons of Worcestershire sauce
- Bun as required
- Mayonnaise as required
- Cheese slice as required
- Oil to fry zinger burger
- 2 table spoons of Flour
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 tea spoon of Baking Powder
- 2 table spoons of Corn flour
- 2 table spoons of Rice flour
- 1/2 tea spoon of Salt
- Water (as required)
For Coating of Zinger
- 1 cup of Corn flakes
- 1 cup of Breadcrumbs
- 1 cup of Chips
- Marinate chicken with all ingredients and leave it for 24 hours.
- Now to prepare batter mix all ingredients i mentioned above for batter preparation of zinger burger.
- And make a thick batter.
- Now mix all ingredients i have mentioned for coating of zinger burger and crush it and remember don’t make powder of it.
- Dip marinated chicken in batter and then coat it with coating we prepare.
- Then fry it until it become golden brown
- Now cut bun into two slices and put mayonnaise on it.
- Now place slices of cheese on bun and you can also place lettuce leaves in it but i don’t like these so i never place them.
- And now your zinger burger is ready to eat and now ready to serve with ketchup and coke.
